Taylor Apartments
Taylor Apartments provide housing for retirees through 150
apartments. This facility has been in operation since 1980.
One bedroom apartments available to seniors at affordable
rates come with fully equipped kitchens and personal garden
spots. Activities are planned monthly and include scheduled
transportation for shopping.
Admission standards require residents be at minimum 62 years
of age, and/or meet the HUD guidelines. Income limits apply
- contact the administrator for current limits. The required
security deposit is equal to the monthly rent.
Rent includes all utilities (except telephone) and full maintenance.
