The specially designed one and two bedroom apartments are planned for seniors at afforable rates. The garden-style Villas provide a neighborhood living environment with independence and security. Residents have scheduled transportation available and may select community services such as meals and activities provided at Taylor Manor.

Admission standards require residents be at minimum 62 years of age and meet health guildlines. A security deposit equal to the monthly rent is required. The Villas offer three phases to chose from.
